1. Value the Initial Moments

5. Treat Them as a Human Being Rather Than Just a Patient
Every patient looks forward to some empathic and hopeful words by the doctors about their condition so, make sure you don’t get so harsh and exaggerate about the treatment or even if the treatment or patient’s condition isn’t too good, make sure you choose the words that do not make the patient feel as if you don’t think of them as human beings. They would want you to be realistic as well as kind and make them feel like they are your loved ones and you would provide them with the same treatment as you would to someone you truly care about.
